Payments, Refunds, and Discounts
Payment Policy
A deposit (see fees above) is due upon submission of each camper application. Children are officially enrolled in camp only once they have been accepted and the deposit is received by the office. Spots will not be reserved for campers until the deposit is paid. Deposits will only be charged upon acceptance. Deposits are applied towards camp tuition.
Payment Options
Families may choose to pay via check, e-check, or credit card. Online payment methods are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
Families may opt to:
* Pay in full when they enroll
* Select a payment plan (4 installments due on: 02/15, 03/15, 04/14, 05/15)
Refund Policy
If you choose to cancel your enrollment for any or all of your camp sessions by February 9, 2024, payments will be refunded in full.
If you choose to cancel your enrollment for any or all camp sessions between February 9 and April 14, 2024, all camp fees will be refunded, except for the deposit fees and processing fees paid per camper (see fees above).
If you choose to cancel your enrollment on or after April 15, 2024 there will be no refunds on payments or deposits made.
Discounts
The following discount is available to campers that are signing up for all 4 sessions:
$100 off 4 sessions (per camper)
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer Tuition Assistance, however please reach out to Tania Levenstein who can provide you with a list of community resources that may be available to you.
